1. Orders & Custom Artwork

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork files meet our file guidelines (resolution, DPI, sizing, and formatting).
• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, unlawful, or trademark-infringing content.
• Proofs or mockups (if provided) must be reviewed and approved by the customer before printing begins.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required before production begins.
• Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping location.

3. Production & Shipping

• Standard production times vary depending on order size and complexity. Estimated turnaround will be provided at checkout.
• Shipping costs and options are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our facility.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Custom printed items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged in transit.
• For defective items, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
• We do not accept returns for sizing issues or customer errors in submitted artwork.

5. Intellectual Property

• Customers retain ownership of their uploaded artwork. By submitting artwork, you grant Monzon Print Co. a limited license to print and fulfill your order.
• Our designs, logos, website content, and branding remain the exclusive property of Monzon Print Co.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Monzon Print Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.

8. Changes
